Free-Flowing Weekend Brunch And Bloody Mary Bar at Toro Toro

Newcomer Toro Toro will launch Saturday and Sunday weekend brunch service beginning May 17th from 11 am to 3 pm.  Acclaimed Chef Richard Sandoval and Chef de Cuisine Stephen Hartzell’s free-flowing brunch is priced at $39 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Guests will enjoy a tantalizing selection of hot and cold savory plates and desserts, plus Toro Toro’s “Rodizio Experience,” a selection of hot-off-the-spit meats that are carved and ready for indulging. There is also a cornucopia of side dishes, as well as four mimosa cocktails and a Bloody Mary bar to quench one’s thirst.  This free flowing brunch invites repeat trips to try the different offerings showcased and must be ordered by the entire table.

Brunch begins with a choice of Pan-Latin small plates that showcase South and Central American cuisine, including seasonal salads, meats, raw bar, and assorted breads and cheeses, showcased on the lavish buffet. Next up, diners will enjoy Toro Toro’s “Rodizio Experience,” with choices that include Picanha Steak, Chorizo Sausage, Achiote Chickenor Chef’s Daily Selection. Diners can also order from chef’s daily creation of hot sides. Standouts include Papas Bravas; Tortilla Espanola; Chorizo & Potato Hash; Chipotle-Agave Bacon; Mexican-Chocolate Waffles with nutella and bananas, as well as Chilaquiles Verdes.

Toro Toro’s new brunch menu is complemented by a Bloody Mary Bar where guests can create their cocktail by selecting from a list of premium spirits, house-made mixers, and large collection of rare hot sauces and garnishes. Also available are a bottomless supply of featured cocktails such as the Traditional Mimosa; Toro Mimosa with Champagne and fresh passion fruit puree; Mango Mimosa with Champagne and fresh mango puree, or the Blood Orange Mimosa with Champagne and fresh blood orange puree.

Toro Toro is open for lunch Monday through Friday, from 11 am to 3 pm. Dinner is available Sunday through Thursday, from 5 pm to 11 pm; Friday and Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 12 Midnight. Weekend brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm. Happy Hour is also offered daily, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the upstairs bar, and from 5 pm to 7 pm in the downstairs bar.
