Dead Man's Party

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Vida Mezcal

1 oz Lime Juice

.75 oz Cointreau

2 dash Habanero Bitters

Top with Lambrusco

 

Directions:

Combine mezcal, lime, cointreau and bitters over ice and shake.  Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and top with Lambrusco.

 


The Highlander

Ingredients:

1.5 Scotch

1 Mezcal

.5 Simple syrup

(Creme de Cacao Cloud and Rosemary)

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass

Fill the glass with ice and stir with a bar spoon

Strain into a bowl shaped wine glass

Add ice cube to class

Add rosemary garnish

On a separate pan heat the cocoa/rosemary infusion (or microwave)

Once hot, place infusion inside a decanter

Add dry ice to decanter

 


Waking Up With A Bloody Knife In Your Hand

Ingredients:

2 oz Pigs Nose

.5 Borschi

.5 Grappa

.25 Demerera syrup (you can make this like a simple syrup but with raw sugar instead of white sugar so 1 to 2 sugar to hot water)

 

Directions:

Shake and pour into glass with no ice. Top with Chai Cream or regular whip cream. Garnish with orange peel and Star Anise
