Beast Fest

Join us on Saturday, June 10th as we once-again celebrate our partnership with the North Carolina Hog Grower's Association and their beautiful Berkshire Hogs with a no-holds-barred Beast Feast at B Side. Don’t miss this sumptuous 4-course menu, crafted by our own Chef Nathan Anda, served alongside 5 exceptional beers from Flying Dog Brewery.

As an added bonus, members of the brewery’s beer educational program, Flying Dog University, will be on hand to discuss the parallels of brewing, local farming and whole animal butchery.

It all goes down beginning at 6:30 pm on Saturday, June 10th. The evening begins with a live butchering demo and cocktail hour lead by Chef Anda, featuring Red Apron charcuterie and Flying Dog Honey Paloma Ale. Afterward, guests will sit down while the team at B Side prepares a 4-course meal showcasing the different cuts of the pig.

To sign up, please fill out the form below. A manager will call within 24 hours to confirm your reservation and take payment information. The ticket price is $60 per person for food and beverage pairings, exclusive of tax and 20% gratuity. Payment will not be processed until after the dinner.
