Easter Celebration at BRABO

BRABO invites Old Town regulars and visitors to celebrate Easter with spring-inspired dishes highlighting the best ingredients of the season. Executive Chef Sebastien Rondier has thoughtfully crafted a prix-fixe menu for guests wanting a relaxed sit-down brunch or dinner with their family and friends. For added flexibility, kid-friendly items and side dishes will be featured a la carte on the holiday menu. Standout appetizers, entrees, and desserts from the prix-fixe Easter menu include the following dishes:

First Course

• Carrot & Cardamom Soup with duck confit, crème fraiche, and croutons
• Jumbo Lump Crab Salad with spring citrus, avocado, romaine, and paprika oil

Second Course

• Puff Pastry-Crusted Norwegian Salmon with grilled asparagus, tarragon emulsion, and basil
• Roasted Rack of Lamb and Braised Lamb Shoulder with fennel gremolata, pesto, and lamb jus

Third Course

• Salted Caramel & Chocolate Tart with chocolate ganache and gold leaf
• Spiced Carrot Cake with pineapple and cream cheese ice cream

BRABO’s Easter menu will be served during brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 1. The prix-fixe menu is priced at $65 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. A limited version of the regular menu will also be available during dinner hours.
