Indian Cooking With Kathy Everett

February 18, 2017 - 1:00pm to 3:30pm

It is said that ‘hunger makes food taste better’ – and the spices of India can give you that hunger! Flavors from India bring a spectrum of savory aromas and color to meals that could brighten a dull day. Spices of lemony coriander, cumin, clove, hing, turmeric, cinnamon, saffron; the popping sound and smell of black mustard seeds splattering in hot oil, and aromatic sweet cardamom. They will call you to the table and put a bounce in your taste buds. Come - Join the fun!
