The Sovereign's Second Anniversary Celebration
The Sovereign is thrilled to be celebrating their second birthday! On Saturday, April 7th, help them kick off their terrible twos with nearly 30 special offerings from some of their favorite producers, including Cantillon, The Veil, Oxbow + more!
For this very special occasion, they will be pouring 3 different Cantillon kegs – Rosé de Gambrinus, Kriek and Mamouche – plus De La Senne Wadesa #7, a blend of De La Senne-brewed Saison and Cantillon Lambic.
Not to be outdone, their friends at The Veil and Oxbow have sent them a slew of special kegs for the evening including The Veil’s Escape, All That You Are and No More Sleep; and Oxbow’s Barrel-Aged FPA: Bordeaux and Gin Barrel-Aged Sasuga.
Last but not least, they will tap the first ever DC keg of from Bellwoods Brewery, the exquisite Jelly King, a Citra dry-hopped Sour Blond Ale. Don’t miss your chance to try this amazing new brewery from Toronto, Canada!
There is no admission fee for this event. All featured drafts will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. tasting pours. Featured bottles will be available in 4 oz tasting pours.
