Since its opening almost six years ago, Jack Rose has collaborated with countless craft and historic breweries from around the world, such as DC’s 3 Stars and Atlas Brew Works, Maryland’s Flying DogAviator in North Carolina, Saucony Creek in Pennsylvania, Chicago’s Goose Island and Off Color, St. Louis’ Perennial Artisan Ales, and even Belgium’s Brasserie de Silly. The three beers include:

  • Brasserie de Silly "Jack Rose Silly Willett" 2015
    • Belgian Strong Dark Ale aged for 4 months in Jack Rose Dining Saloon's 12yr Willett Bourbon barrels
    • Pairing: Willett 12-year
