Supervisor/Manager Course (95 Mins)

Supervisors play an important role in ensuring policies are enforced and that all employees live up to your high standards of conduct. In this 95-minute course, supervisors will learn about their special role in the organization, being a role model, how to enforce policies, handle complaints, set a positive tone, and reach out for assistance when needed.

What Topics Are Covered?

  • An explanation of protected workplace categories
  • The definition of harassment
  • An explanation of quid pro quo and hostile work environment harassment
  • An explanation of the employer’s zero-tolerance policy, the reporting process, and the investigation and disciplinary process
  • A discussion of confidentiality
  • An explanation of the no-retaliation policy
Cost: $30 members / $35 non-members
 
Employee Course (60 Mins)
The Employee option teaches all employees how to understand, avoid, and report harassment in the workplace. Participants will engage in active discussions of various real-life scenarios in order to enhance their learning experience.

This online course is valid for 12 months once purchased. After you successfully complete a course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion via email. The certificate can be printed or saved as needed.​
