Restaurant
NUE restaurant is named after the founder's Great Grand Uncle Le Pho’s masterpiece “Nue,” French for “nude.” Le Pho, who was perhaps the pioneer for Vietnamese modern art, is founder's main inspiration for the brand's bold attempt to redefine modern Vietnamese cuisine and to serve beautiful stories of people of Vietnamese origin through deeply contemplated fine food, elegant hospitality, and meaningful events. NUE is an exploration for one's expression of the Vietnamese American identity and to reclaim a part of our past and present that makes us who we are today.
