Adour's Christmas Feast

Chef Sébastien Rondier and his team are hosting Christmas at Adour, with menus reflecting the holiday season's best harvest.

Ordera bottle from our "Winter of Syrah" selection curated by Sommelier Brent Kroll. A wonderful selection is the 2008 Saint-Cosme Côte Rôtie, for example, is an earthy and spicy wine made of 100% ancient Syrah. Thewine pairs perfectly with the Chef's Venison Medallions, Poivrade Sauce, a hearty dish served with winter fruits and vegetables.
