Chilean Cooking Class with Chef Victor Albisu

Learn from Del Campo's master of meat, Chef Victor Albisu. The RAMMY Award winner for "Chef of the Year" demonstrates how to select, prepare and cook with authentic Chilean ingredients and incorporate them into everyday cuisine. The Chilean government is working very closely with Del Campo and Chef Victor Albisu to showcase Chile's agriculture and renowned imports and wines. During the class, Chef Albisu will demonstrate how to prepare and cook with classic Chilean ingrediants. He will also share some of his secrets of how he incorporates authentic Chilean ingrediants in his kitchens, at home and at work.
