Head to Woodrow Wilson Plaza at the Ronald Reagan Building & International Trade Center (1300 Pennsylvania Avenue) from 11:00am-2:00pm to enjoy a petting zoo, pumpkin decorating, face painting, the DC Public Library Book Bike, musical entertainment, food vendors, hot cider, a hay bale maze, costumed stilt walkers and giveaways.
