IL Radicchio’s Brunch

IL Radicchio's Brunch grand opening is on March 8th and every Sunday after. 

IL Radicchio’s new Executive Chef Andrew Holden, is pleased to introduce his new brunch menu and the restaurants new hours for Sunday Brunch beginning this Spring on March 8th 2015. IL Radicchio will be incorporating a ‘chalkboard approach’ to the brunch menu which was inspired by the chefs’ start in Richmond, Virginia. Chef Andrew Holden says “Basically, we create our menu weekly, but it is a living, breathing entity. Changes will be made during and after each brunch for the following week to include our ever changing ideas and available ingredients.”
 
A sampling of the weekend brunch menu includes:  Shrimp n Polenta- with marinated jumbo Carolina shrimp in roasted garlic and EVOO, grilled then sautéed with Smokey Italian sausage, peppers, topped with basil pesto and served over creamy polenta. Rosemary Lamb - Baby Lamb Chops grilled with Poached eggs, Lemon-Mint Hollandaise, and Hash. French Toast Sticks (the grown up way) Fried Texas Toast Brioche planks battered and rolled in panko bread crumbs served with a whipped vanilla mascarpone, peppered bacon, and maple poached pears. 
 
The drinks will be flowing as they serve up their signature Bellini’s (a peach nectar and Prosecco with a non-traditionaladdition of fresh lavender. Also available will be gourmet Italian Lavazza coffee, espresso, and juices.
