Lamb Butchery Class at Del Campo

The third cooking class in our 2018 series will be about Lamb Butchery. Menu items will include:


  • Grilled Lamb Tongue and Braised Cheek

  • Kung Pao Lamb Sweetbreads

  • Braised Lamb Ropa Vieja Empanadas with Fruta de Mar Salsa Verde

  • Korean Style Lamb Chops with Burnt Kimchee Brussels Sprouts


We will begin with a welcome cocktail, followed by instruction from Chef Victor. Lunch with wine will follow to enjoy the items demonstrated. Start the new year by expanding your culinary expertise and skills! Great for date night or a group of friends. Ticket price is $98 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Spaces are limited so reserve your seat now. The next cooking class in the series is April 21, 2018 and will focus on fish.
