Mother's Day at 2941 Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Falls Church, Virginia just outside Washington, DC, 2941 Restaurant offers creative seasonal contemporary American fare with French and Mediterranean influences and a dining experience complete with stunning views! Surrounding by waterfalls, koi ponds, sky-high floor to ceiling windows in an elegant dining room, guests will have the option to choose between three holiday-themed menu options featuring sweet and savory dishes from Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel, Pastry Chef Caitlin Dysart, and team including a 3-course prix fixe menu for $70pp, a 3-course Vegetarian prix fixe menu for $50pp, as well as a 3-course prix fixe menu for Children for $25pp.
Dishes include Zucchini Blossom with baby zucchini & smoked tofu, tomato compote, maitake mushroom; Watermelon-Vodka with cantaloupe melon, mint, cubeb black pepper; Tomato Risotto with cherry tomato, baby basil, bocconcini cheese; Rack of Lamb with ricotta-polenta , sautéed spinach ,smoked Vidalia onion jus ($15 supplement), to name a few. And for sweets, Milk Chocolate Rose with cocoa sablé, Bahibe mousse, feuilletine caramel, mango; and Buccone Dolce with peppered Swiss meringue, whipped crème fraîche, Chandler strawberries, tarragon, chocolate sauce, to highlight a few.
