Occidental Brunch Grand Opening
Beginning March 16th, The Occidental and Chef de Cuisine Matt Baker will be launching a completely revamped brunch menu that was designed to be fun and whimsical, with traditional Americana inspiration. Some of Chef Matt Baker’s brunch highlights are the Baked Farm Egg with Truffle-Parmesan Cream, Wild Mushroom Marmalade and Chives; “Southern Style” Biscuit and Gravy accompanied with a Sunny Side-Up Egg, Housemade Sausage, and a Rosemary Biscuit; and the North African inspired Moroccan Spiced Lamb Burger with Goat Cheese, Balsamic-Radicchio Jam, and Mint Yogurt. The Occidental’s new brunch menu is complemented by Mixologist Jo-Jo Valenzuela’s Brunch Libations as well as Bottomless Bloody Mary’s and Mimosa’s for $18. By merging classic and traditional decor and service with exciting and unique cuisine and cocktails, we are excited for the new era of The Occidental
Brunch will be held on Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 11am-3pm. The Occidental is located next to The Willard Hotel at 1475 Pennsylvania Avenue, just blocks from The White House.
