Chef Carmine Marzano invites you to join him in his kitchen at Osteria Marzano to learn how to cook some of his favorite dishes, and then sit down afterwards to dine on the lunch that you’ve made together. Complimentary champagne will be served with lunch. $85/per person per class.

Saturday, June 28, 11am-2pm:  Osteria Marzano “Signatures” Cooking Class
Marzano Meatball: Our signature meatballs made with veal, pork and beef with Italian bread crumbs and herbs
Marzano Tomato Sauce: Our signature tomato sauce
Roasted Chicken Suvee: Vacuum packed half roasted herb chicken
Tiramisu: Homemade tiramisu, Marzano style

Maximum number of people per class is 20, on a first-come, first served basis.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome, and will be charged the full price to participate in the class. Reservations will be considered confirmed when payment is received. All confirmed reservations are final.

A sophisticated, 6,100 sq. ft. venue for lunch, drinks, or dinner, Osteria Marzano serves up classic brick oven pizzas, delicious handmade pastas, hearty main courses,  a well-curated wine, beer and cocktail selection , and a variety of small “Assaggini” Italian tapas-style sharing plates uniquely available at the bar.
