Port City Brewing Company's Alexandria Holiday Boat Parade of Lights Waterfront Beer Garden Pop-Up

On December 1st, Port City Brewing Company is popping up a Waterfront Beer Garden! They will be on the Alexandria City Marina (0 Cameron St) from 4:00-8:00pm serving up a variety of PCBC pints, before, during and after the Alexandria Holiday Boat Parade of Lights. Enjoy a Tidings Ale in our Beer Garden while watching the parade and take in the views of the Potomac! Featuring AR Workshop Alexandria, Dolci Gelati, Vola's Dockside Grill and plenty of Portside Festivities from Visit Alexandria VA.

Spectators on both sides of the Potomac River will gather to enjoy a beloved holiday tradition on Saturday, December 1, 2018. The Wharf in Washington, D.C., and Alexandria, Virginia, present parades of illuminated boats back-to-back on the same evening, along with dockside festivities to celebrate the season. The Alexandria Holiday Boat Parade of Lights begins at 5:30 p.m. in Old Town with activities at the Alexandria City Marina from 2 to 8 p.m. 

At 5:30pm on the day of the iconic Scottish Christmas Walk Parade, Alexandria's harbor shines as dozens of brightly lit boats cruise the Potomac River at the historic waterfront for the Alexandria Holiday Boat Parade of Lights, which was named a Top 10 Best Holiday Parade by the USA Today 10Best Readers' Choice Awards in 2017. Tommy McFly of TommyShow.com and NBC4 will serve as the parade announcer. Enjoy festivities at the Alexandria City Marina from 4:00-8:00pm, including a pop-up beer garden from Port City Brewing Company featuring their popular seasonal Tidings Ale, a pop-up Vola’s Dockside Grill,and giveaways from Lyft, which is also offering 20% off your ride to the Alexandria Holiday Boat Parade of Lights with the code HOLIDAYPARADE18!.
