Radiator "Après Ski” Winter Menu

On December 1, Executive Chef Jonathan Dearden debuted his “Radiator Après Ski” menu of wintertime comfort foods, and crowd favorites include bison chiligrilled cheese & tomato bisquechicken pot pie served in a cast iron skillet, and themake-your-own s’mores kit. Popular hot cocktails from Lead Bartender Patrick Barrett include an Irish coffee variation called The Original Steel City Coffee and a spiked cider called the Pow Pow. With guests enjoying shot-skis and opting in to spike the sharable pots of hot chocolate, the Radiator team will continue offering this special menu through Thursday, January 31. At the end of the run, Radiator will donate a portion of proceeds from this wintertime menu to its charity partner, DC Central Kitchen
