Sicily Region Cooking Class at Osteria Marzano

Chef Carmine Marzano invites you to join him in his kitchen at Osteria Marzano to learn how to cook some of his favorite dishes, and then sit down afterwards to dine on the lunch that you’ve made together. Complimentary champagne will be served with lunch. $85/per person per class.

Saturday, June 14, 11am-2pm:  Sicily Region Cooking Class
Pasta alla Norma: Homemade spaghetti with eggplant, grape tomatoes, tomato sauce and ricotta salata
Braciole di Manzo al Vino Rosso: Slow cooked beef bundles in a red wine glaze
Cannoli Siciliana: Homemade cannoli with ricotta cream

Maximum number of people per class is 20, on a first-come, first served basis.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome, and will be charged the full price to participate in the class. Reservations will be considered confirmed when payment is received. All confirmed reservations are final.
