Vienna's First Farm-to-Fork Tasting Event

Caboose Tavern and Blend 111 have come together based on their shared values of sustainability and farm to fork ingredients to develop an incredible experience for guests. Our chefs have prepared a total of 12 small bites that you will taste during the experience, each paired with different craft beers and wines. You choose where to begin your journey, either Caboose or Blend, and which time you would like to begin. Each restaurant has prepared a selection of six small bites to pair with Caboose craft beers and Blend 111 wines. At the end of your Caboose experience, you will join a brewery tour for a behind the scenes look into operations. Transportation between the two restaurants will be provided midway through the experience. After your meal, you may then return on the party bus to your starting point, or continue on with your evening.
