Our complimentary Food Safety Manager Study Guide is based on the 7th Edition ServSafe® coursebook. This class does not include a coursebook; however, attendees have the option to purchase the ServSafe® Manager 7th Edition coursebook for an additional fee of $45 per person.
 
The ServSafe® food safety program provides food safety training, exams, and educational materials to foodservice managers. The program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts who face the same risks you do every day and course materials reflect the latest science, research, and FDA Food Code. This course is ideal for those preparing for employment in the DC Area foodservice industry or for refresher training and certification. Exam Protection offered for this class. Exam Protection will permit a student to retake the exam one additional time, in the event of failing, at no cost on select dates at the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington. 
Exams can be taken in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Canadian French.

Exam score and certificate, if passing with 75% or higher, will be available in 7-10 business days. Pass/fail notification of scores/certificate will be emailed to the attendee from ServSafe®.
