Food Safety Manager

RAMW gives foodservice professionals the knowledge and understanding of the food safety practices they need to carry out their work safely. This course is ideal for those preparing for employment in the DC Area foodservice industry or for refresher training and certification.
The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. All content and materials are based on actual job tasks identified by foodservice industry experts.
This course satisfies all requirements for employee-level (food handler and manager) training in DC, Virginia and Maryland. All fees are non-refundable.
