The Blue Door kitchen & inn (located in beautiful Rappahannock County) is looking for a sous chef who has strong experience in fine dining establishments that practice sustainability.
Our focus is to offer a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with a refined yet relaxed dining experience. Most of our offering is made from scratch and as much as possible utilizing local vegetables and meats. In the spring/summer we grow a lot of vegetable and herbs in the garden which makes our menu very seasonal and varies on a weekly basis.
