We are doubling our store-count in this year and we are looking for a driven, process-oriented, and reliable individual who is looking for a company to grow with. Fast-casual restaurant is a plus but more important is a passion to lead by example to develop our team, to execute and serve an outstanding product focused on our priorities of costs and food safety, and to deliver a top quality experience for both the customer and Team Members.

Responsibilities include:
-Oversee employee training and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
-Hold store leadership accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
-Supervise store operations and support where needed
-Fully train and understand accurate ordering and invoicing procedures, monitor inventory, labor and restaurant costs to improve overall profitability
-Implement health and safety protocols
-Analyze profit and loss reports
-Support Director of Operations as needed
-Able to work a minimum of 45 hours a week

Qualifications include:
-3 years minimum of restaurant management experience required
-Strong leadership skills
-Weekday and weekend availability
-Must be authorized to work in the United States
-Servsafe Manager and Food Handler certified
-DC Food Handler's License

Compensation Details:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
