Seeking an evening and weekend bartender, preferably with cocktail experience and a passion for hospitality. Duties include opening and closing full service bar; prepping fresh juices and syrups for cocktails; keeping track of wine, beer, and spirits stock; taking food orders; running cash register; and building relationships with guests. Must be available for at least two 8-hour shifts per week and one 8-hour shift on weekends.
