What You’ll Be Doing
• Greet and serve customers in a manner that creates a positive and memorable
dining experience.
• Become familiar with all items on the food and bar menus and be your
customers’ tour guide.
• Stay ahead of side work and pitch in to help your coworkers when needed.
• Manage bar inventory.

• Complete daily advance prep for anticipated cocktail orders.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked and able to meet daily demand.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by greeting customers promptly, with a welcoming smile
and checking in regularly to ensure their needs are being met, all within our
standards of excellence and professionalism.
• Take ownership of any service issues brought to your attention and resolve them
seamlessly to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the bar and work area are kept clean and tidy.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures for the bar are strictly followed.
• Become an expert at operating our POS system to correctly and discreetly
tabulate and coordinate guest food and beverage orders.

Who We’re Looking For
• Bartenders with superior passion and commitment to service excellence
• Minimum two years’ experience.
• Bar management experience is an asset.
• You know Caribbean cuisine and rums.
• We welcome military vets.
• Follows alcohol awareness procedures and policies (add certifications needed)
• Establish and maintain good relationships with fellow staff members.

Compensation Details:

Hourly/Tips, Based on experience.
