MINTWOOD PLACE, a popular, busy, award-winning restaurant in Adams Morgan, is hiring a Bar Manager.

This position’s primary responsibility is to broaden and execute a lively cocktail program that changes often and showcases a healthy mix of classic and adventurous options.


We are looking for someone who:

--has proven experience in designing and delivering a cost-effective cocktail program;
--is a clear and efficient communicator, a diligent planner, and a student of the evolving cocktail culture;
--will embrace the challenges of the moment and be quick to explore, test and innovate;
--will want to fit in with our small and committed front-of-the-house crew;
--is open to a neighborhood-restaurant style that still delivers an exceptional and fun experience.
