City Winery is seeking a Sous Chef with a minimum of 2 years of local kitchen management experience to lead our culinary team through the execution of our kitchen services. Must also have experience in inventory receiving and physical counts.

Must have the ability to lead kitchen operations through a collaborative, yet positive day to day work environment. Here are a few other requirements:

• Full-time flexible schedule
• Recipe development
• 2 star culinary experience
• High-level organization skills
• Food handlers certificate
