Asthe H1N1/swine flu outbreak evolves, the National RestaurantAssociation has taken a series of steps to monitor, respond to andcommunicate with our members on this developing situation.

The NRA has created a hub at www.restaurant.org/swinefluwith all developments. In addition to news, this section includes FAQs,tips on communicating with your employees, and handwashing posters andother tools to remind your staff teams about the importance offollowing good hygiene and sanitation practices to help preventtransmission of many illnesses, not just influenza.
