Washington diners are eating out more often, according to the new Zagat Restaurants Survey.
Based on 13,363 diner survey results, which Zagat says is a record for the Washington/Baltimore survey, we're eating out an average of 2.8 times a week, up from 2.6 percent last year but still below the 3 meals per week on average before the recession.
