Del Campo Evening Lamb Butchery Class

Join us for James Beard nominated Chef Victor Albisu's first Cooking Class of 2017! This second night of our new evening cooking class sessions will be about Lamb Butchery. Menu items will include:

•    Grilled Lamb Tongue and Braised Cheek

•    Kung Pao Lamb Sweetbreads

•    Braised Lamb Ropa Vieja Empanadas with Fruta de Mar Salsa Verde

•    Korean Style Lamb Chops with Burnt Kimchee Brussels Sprouts

The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail, followed by instruction from Chef Victor. Dinner with wine will follow to enjoy the items demonstrated.
