Washington City Paper's Crafty Arts & Makers Festival 2019

September 28, 2019 - 10:00am to September 29, 2019 - 5:00pm

Crafty Arts & Makers Festival is the go-to destination for discovering unique, ethically sourced goods from independent artists and visionaries. Now in its 16th year, the fair connects consumers with rare products they won’t find anywhere else, giving them a shopping experience unlike any other. The Washington City Paper, the District’s premier alternative newsweekly, hosts the annual event that unites artists, makers, and creatives from all walks of life.

If you’re looking for that one-of-a-kind gift or shopping for something that can add a little personality to your home, Crafty D.C. is the place to be. It’s where you can strike up a conversation with vendors and learn more about their design and production processes. It’s where you can stumble upon unexpected gems and wonder how you ever lived without them. And maybe, just maybe, it’s where you’ll be inspired to get crafty yourself.
