Through a comprehensive and targeted marketing and advertising campaign and coverage from local television, radio, print media, and food bloggers, Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week is the subject of thousands of conversations throughout the region and is one the most popular topics on social networks. Our summer 2018 campaign generated an estimated 365,666,269 projected impressions through nearly 90 articles in local and national outlets.
 
Restaurant Week is marketed via all available platforms to maximize visibility for restaurants and sponsors that are apart of the promotion. Our general marketing and advertising campaign includes:

RWDMV.com, the official Restaurant Week website, attracts a hungry audience across the region drawing more than 150,000 visitors per promotion. On the site, diners are able to view the list of participating locations, browse menus, book reservations, learn about contests and sponsors, and join our Diner Rewards program. Customized presence on RWDMV.com, through sponsor blocks and banners, draw attention to your brand, messaging, or special promotion held in conjunction with Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week.

We have four levels of sponsorship for the Restaurant Week promotion: Blue and Green (major sponsors) and White and Yellow (supporting sponsors). Each sponsorship level includes key aspects, such as logo placement in ads, customized campaigns, and direct connections,  in marketing your brand to our member and/or diner audience.
