Stratford University, RAMW's Official Partner in Culinary and Hospitality Education
Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) is proud to be in partnership with Stratford University’s School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. In its 40th year of education, ACF accredited Stratford University, prepares students for the evolving demands of the hospitality and culinary arts professionals, providing them with a framework for the lifelong learning required for career advancement.
With a focus on workforce development and job and intern placement, RAMW works to connect and promote Stratford University’s hospitality and culinary education programs to the Association’s vast network of restaurants, chefs, and foodservice businesses and opportunities. The partnership brings information, insight, educational resources, and excellent marketing opportunities to the table for both organizations.
RAMW additionally manages an Education Foundation – Educated Eats – a (501(c)3) which advocates for the value of employment through the restaurant and foodservice industry and is committed to creating the next generation of culinary and hospitality professionals. The Foundation promotes Stratford’s scholarship opportunities and overall academic curriculum to the foodservice community as well as to RAMW’s network of secondary education institutions through a variety of programming.
