Training at Your Location

In-person classes by RAMW are temporarily halted due to the ongoing public health crisis. The Food Manager course is available online at and you can now also take the exam online with a virtual proctor!
The Alcohol Manager course with Primary Exam is also available online at The Alcohol Manager Primary exam does not require a proctor to administer the exam.

RAMW offers training sessions at your location for ServSafe Food Safety and Alcohol Manager training. There are a few requirements that must be met to host a training session at your location for each course:
Host Location Requirements
  • 5 or more attendees
  • Private and quiet room/area for the duration of the course and exam.
  • TV screen (or large monitor) that is clearly visible to all participants to view instructional videos.
Required Time Allotments
  • The Food Safety Manager course requires an 8 hr block and the Alcohol Manager course requires a 5 hr block for instruction and exam.
Fees - All Fees Are Per Person
Full Course - Fee includes  instruction, course book and printed exam
  • Food Safety Manager $180 RAMW Member/ $200 Non-Member
  • Alcohol Awareness $70 RAMW Member/$90 Non-Member

Note: At this time, Food Safety Manager and Alcohol Manager courses are taught in English. The written exam can be provided in following languages: Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and French Canadian. Please be sure to alert RAMW at the time of scheduling your onsite class if you would like to include exams in one of these language options. These language options are only available for the exams which provide the questions in the specified language with the English form right beside it.  

Review and Exam - Fee includes 1 hr review and printed exam (Available only if attendees has an expiring or expired ServSafe certification from any state; must have proof of certification)

  • Alcohol Awareness - Unavailable for DC
