Food Manager Class - Tuesday, October 18, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. All content and materials are based on actual job tasks identified by foodservice industry experts.
This course satisfies all requirements for employee-level (food handler and manager) training in DC, Virginia and Maryland. All fees are non-refundable.

Online Exam - Take your online exam, in person at the RAMW office, and receive your score immediately - only available for certification renewal; proof of eligibility required.
