Le Sel (which translates to salt) is a French restaurant and bar concept led by Executive Chef Walter Silva, offering artful handcrafted cocktails, local craft beers, and the pursuit of elevated and honest comfort food prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The wine list is heavily European and curated in French Region.

Inspired by classic bistros in Paris with a sleek, sexy filter applied, this is the heartbeat of the hotel.
