Cicchetti are small snacks or side dishes typically served in traditional osterie in Italy. “Cicchetti at Urbana” guests welcome Executive Chef Ethan McKee to surprise them with a continuously-changing menu of Italian dishes each week. With one special seating on Saturday evenings, 10 guests have an exclusive front-row seat watching Chef Ethan prepare an eight-course tasting menu at the restaurant’s hearth oven.
