Conversations with Women Who Lead presents Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Women Changing the Workforce

Conversations with Women Who Lead is a series designed to give young professionals an opportunity to hear straight from the source about what it takes to break the glass ceiling in the ever-changing workforce.

In this edition, the Mayor’s Office on Women’s Policy and Initiatives will host a networking reception, followed by a panel discussion that will be moderated by Dr. Unique Morris-Hughes, Director of the DC Department of Employment Services.

This discussion will feature three dynamic women leaders shattering the ceilings in their own industries:

Jehan (Gigi) El-Bayoumi, MD Executive Director, The Rodham Institute
