PIE IT FORWARD: JOE’S Teams Up with Best Buddies this March
$1 to be Donated to Best Buddies for Every Slice of Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Ice Cream Pie Sold
Washington, DC (March 9, 2015)—Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab (Joe’s) invites Washington to #pieitforward in March with a slice of Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Ice Cream Pie with Marshmallow Sauce. This decadent treat features a crunchy Oreo cookie crust layered with strawberry ice cream, topped with chocolate ganache, and served with a marshmallow cream.
Throughout March, Joe’s will donate one dollar from every slice ordered to Best Buddies Virginia. The mission of Best Buddies is to establish a volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab serves lunch and cocktail hour in addition to nightly dinner service. The restaurant is located at 750 15th Street NW (at H Street) and is open Monday through Thursday 11:30 am-11:00 pm, Friday through Saturday 11:30 am-12:00 am and Sunday 11:30 am-10:00 pm.
