miXt Food Hall is a chef-driven culinary and cocktail experience for family and friends to meet up and find a community within a convivial environment curated by local artisans.
miXt Drink (the bar located inside miXt Food Hall) is a great representation of a conscious and intentional bar. With the Food Hall's mission of being an incubator kitchen in PG County, miXt Drink is dedicated to working with local and minority run businesses and brands with social and environmental causes behind them. Menu changes seasonally and each cocktail is created with a specific food vendor in mind to help curate an extra enjoyable experience of food, culture and ambiance. The beers selection change periodically with emphasis on supporting local breweries and the wine program, yet on the smaller size has a great way of educating people on different wines from all around the world, including featuring wines from Idaho as their house selection. Great mission, awesome drinks, and everything intentionally curated to make drinking and eating, feel good.

Our primary focus is to serve as an incubator and support network for aspiring chefs looking to turn their concept into a business and their dream into a reality. Our culinary artists are inspired by their cultural and familial experiences, crafting delicious meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Our centralized bar offers local spirits, wine, and beer as well as expertly made craft cocktails. Our talented mixologists and chefs work together to create the perfect pairing of food and drink.
