An immense event space with a blend of high fashion and the first bloom of spring inspired design, built to entertain elected officials and host political events. The Consortium is the jewel of Capitol Hill nightlife and one of the most recognizable landmarks in the Capitol Hill area. Inside, multiple unique spaces come together via a unifying gallery corridor connecting the 6,000 sq. ft. space. The open floor plan can be subdivided to the unique needs of the occasion and each space contains its own entrance for traffic control. The space features a video studio, production studio, audio recording studio, cosmetology salon, beauty bars, commercial kitchen space, business center, and co-working spaces. Attention to décor and furniture selection enables the space to elegantly be arranged as one continuous space with complementary color schemes and state-of-the-art lighting for large receptions of up to 250 people.
