Discover the European Cheestories with Cheeses from Spain

Under the Interprofessional Dairy Organization (InLac) from Spain, which gather all production and casts from farmers to manufacturers, with the support of the EU we are delighted to present "Discover the European Cheestories with cheeses from Spain".

Our goal is to increase the knowledge about the benefits of our cheeses, marked by the high production standards of the European Union, enhancing their characteristics in terms of quality, flavor, traceability, food safety and animal welfare. And, at the same time, increase knowledge about the variety and diversity of cheeses from Spanish origin.

All of them are differential values that provide competitive advantages. We have 150 varieties of cheeses in Spain and some of the most renowned figures of differentiated quality, between designations of origin and geographical indications, an unrivaled gastronomic treasure well recognized by the PDO & PGI seal.
