Paso Robles Wine Dinner at RIS
This special fivecourse wine dinner will feature Cass Winery and Thacher Winery, two smallproduction, estate wineries located in Paso Robles, California.
The owners of eachwinery, Ted Plemons of Cass and Sherman Thacher of Thacher, will be our guidesfor the dinner.
The evening willbegin with an opening reception featuring an exclusive 'winery only' sparklingGrenache from Cass Winery. Chef Ris’ spring menu will be paired perfectly withthe Rhone varietals, such as Viognier, Roussanne and Syrah.
