Virginia Wine Dinner Series @ Härth

In preparation forExecutive Chef Thomas Elder’s appearance at the James Beard House in October, Härth will be hosting wine dinners featuring local wines and disheshighlighting flavors from the Northern Virginia area.

Chef Elder, known for hispassion for sustainable foods, has been celebrated for his creations in Härthincluding being rewarded with a Snail of Approval award from Slow Food DC. Hemakes it a priority to frequent regional farms in order to obtain the bestquality ingredients available.

This four course feast is sure to be a memorableone.
