With one special seating on Saturday evenings, 10 guests have an exclusive front-row seat watching Chef Ethan prepare an eight-course tasting menu at the restaurant’s hearth oven. Urbana asks that guests notify the restaurant of any allergies when making reservations so Chef Ethan may plan a menu accordingly.
