Republic will host a 5-course wine dinner with Russian River Valley's ACORN Wines on April 8, 2015 starting at 7:00 p.m. Winemakers and owners, Bill and Betsy Nachbaur, will be in attendance and will also host a "winemakers' welcome" as part of the evening. A small production winery, ACORN only produces 3,000 cases of wine per year, and they grow all grapes on their own estate.
